Scientific Calculator Workshop

TCET-ISTE conducted a workshop on Scientific Calculator on 20th March 2021 at 4 pm via the Zoom platform. The workshop provided an opportunity for the F.E. Students to learn and get adapted to the smart and efficient use of the Scientific Calculator. Various tricks and processes were shown and explained to the students with the help of an emulator of the actual calculator. A total of 403 F.E. students registered/participated in this event. The duration of the workshop was 1 hour. In the end, a QnA round was also conducted where all the doubts of the students were solved by implementing and solving their problems directly on the emulator. This workshop was a huge success in which the F.E. students learned how to operate the scientific calculator easily and efficiently. A lot of positive feedback responses were also received for the same.

 

Objectives:

1. To learn and get adapted to the Efficient and Smart use of the Scientific Calculator. 

2. To be able to solve complex problems using Scientific Calculator.

3. To know various tricks and symbols which will help to solve difficult sums and problems.

 

Outcomes:

1)Participants came up with various queries regarding the topic which were cleared during the session only.

2)The F.E. students learned and got adapted to the Efficient and Smart use of the Scientific Calculator. 

3)They got to know about various tricks and symbols which will help to solve difficult sums and problems.
